B2B Appointment Setter

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill an independent sales position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable on the phone, possess good selling skills, and be able to communicate effectively about each client you are calling on behalf of.

Leads, phone system, and proprietary software tracking system will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Business, Associates, Bachelors, or Masters degree helpful
  • Great attitude and motivation
  • Excellent verbal skills, computer proficiency, ability to work remotely in quiet environment
  • High speed Internet connection and functional pc

Three (3) professional and three (3) character references are required.

CRM Sphere Specialist

The CRM Specialist works with the Hub and Core of the CRM Sphere to advance new capabilities for clients related to their CRM system. This client-facing position requires both technical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with Internet technologies, have a basic knowledge of spreadsheet software and be self-motivated to consistently deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.  

All necessary equipment and software except for a computer will be provided.

Objectives:

  • Complete assigned tasks on schedule
  • Reach a pre-determined weekly number of billable hours
  • Identify opportunities/ideas for additional client CRM improvements

Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks as assigned
  • Communicate proactively every day with the team on SharePoint
  • Actively seek out additional work when necessary to meet weekly billable hours objective
  • Track billable time spent on client work
  • Attend weekly team meetings and huddles
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements/Essential Duties:

  • Attend client meetings when asked
  • Work towards achieving Salesforce certification
  • Maintain skill levels related to Salesforce
  • Business, Associates, Bachelors, or Masters degree helpful
  • Great attitude and motivation
  • Excellent verbal skills, computer proficiency, ability to work remotely in quiet environment
  • High speed Internet connection and functional PC or Mac

Skills:

  • Knowledge of and practical experience using Salesforce or other CRMs preferred, but not required
  • Intermediate computer skills, including use of web browser and Microsoft Excel
