Michelangelo has been with Smart Systems Technology for many years. Initially, Smart Systems was experiencing many difficulties and the original founders reached out to Michelangelo asking him to help turn the company around. This eventually led to Michelangelo purchasing Smart Systems Technology and building a new innovative company.
Michelangelo’s vision for Smart Systems Technology has led to the development of our unique Virtual Human Operating Systems – VHOS platform that embraces his love of creative humans and cutting-edge technology developed in-house.

What do you like the most about working at SST?
The chance to be creative. The chance to find a better way for the world to work.
What do your usual duties at work involve?
Little is usual about my days.
How has SST affected your professional life?
I used to work for other people. Then I worked for myself. Buying Smart Systems Technology gave me the opportunity to push myself as an organizational designer and data architect. Recently I was recognized by the United States Patent Office as the primary inventor for a new data architecture that can impact every database in the world. So now I’m an inventor.
How has SST affected your personal life?
Working at SST and emphasizing communication has transformed how I connect with people in some great ways. I keep learning. I keep developing. I keep discovering new dimensions of myself while shedding the person I thought I was.
What are your goals for your role at SST?
To get our people fascinated with creating the systems that support our clients’ businesses so that we can be great for our clients, and we can grow as our clients are greater for us in ways that unlock our people’s potential and get them a return on their dreams in their careers and family life or whichever life they choose outside of work. I would just like to see the quality of those things consistently rise year over year
Jessica Alexander
Operations & Client Success Leader
Jessica has been a part of the Smart Systems Technology team for 11 years. Jessica has played a major role in ensuring client success, the enablement of our people as a learning and development leader, and many aspects of daily operations.
Education: A graduate of the University at Buffalo & Buffalo State College
What do you like the most about working at SST?
The people.
What do your usual duties at work involve?
A little bit of everything. Training, client success, sales, and more.
How has SST affected your personal life?
I talk to more people than I would if not for SST.
What are your goals for your role at SST?
I want SST to develop into a trade school. I want to provide an environment for people who either can’t go to college or don’t want to college. I want to create a career path for people to develop real-world skills that they find both personally and professionally meaningful.

Technology Advisor
Delta has been a part oft the Smart Systems Technology team for two years in an advisory role for the Engineering department.

Lakshmi has been a member of the Smart Systems Technology team for almost a year. Lakshmi’s contributions to the Engineering department have strengthened our team.

What do you like the most about working at SST?

Redesigning User Interface and developing new features using Perl, Javascript, and Mysql Database.

Ron Tremblay
Online Marketing Sphere Specialist
Ron has been a part of the Smart Systems Technology Team for over a year, playing a major role in our Online Marketing department. Ron is an expert Google-certified expert Specialist.
Education: An aspiring student at the school of Real-Life University
What do you like the most about working at SST?
To me it’s the people, everyone is allowed to be themselves and not forced to “conform to corporate life” which I believe impacts a lot on how individuals work and interact.
What do your usual duties at work involve?
I am in charge of monitoring paid activities for Google Ads, this includes but is not limited to keyword identification and blocking, creating ads, monitoring where ads are placed, finding ways for our clients to position themselves ahead of competitors, client-facing meetings, and implementation of new marketing initiatives.
How has SST affected your professional life?
I continue to learn every day, even if it’s something small, I’m always able to improve on my skills and understanding of business.
How has SST affected your personal life?
I am able to work from home, which allows me to be more present in my family’s life, events, and activities.
What are your goals for your role at SST?
It would be nice to one day manage a team of marketers with whom I can share my knowledge and learn from also.
George Boyd

George has been a part of the Smart Systems Technology team for 4 years. Working in a variety of areas in the business such as; Legal Coordinator, IC Sphere Specialist, Data Management, and Sales areas.

Felicia has been a part of the Smart Systems Technology team for 5 years, working in a variety of areas within the business such as; Legal Coordinator, IC Sphere Specialist, Data Management, Content Designer, and Sales.

What do you like the most about working at SST?
I love that I get to continuously be creative and work in different areas of the company which keeps things interesting. I’ve learned things here that I’d never get the opportunity to do elsewhere. Smart Systems is a unique company and you won’t find the transparent environment anywhere else.
What do your usual duties at work involve?
I work in the areas of Legal Coordinator, data entry Specialist, marketing content creator, and a member of the Sales team.
How has SST affected your professional life?
Smart Systems isn’t just a job, it’s a place to learn new skills that elsewhere you’d have to pay to go to school to obtain the training and knowledge. I’ve advanced further in my abilities because of Smart Systems.
How has SST affected your personal life?
We work 100% remotely so for me that is one of the biggest perks. I was born fully disabled and mobility issues make travelling to an office quite difficult. I’ve worked in offices before working here and it wasn’t a great experience. My team is wonderful and has never treated me differently and for that I am grateful. Smart Systems has helped me see the world in a much different light.
What are your goals for your role at SST?
I want to continue to learn and grow here while also helping my teammates do the same. Smart Systems is a very special company and I want to help the world hear our story because we do great things for great clients and we do great things for our people.
Preston Terrell
Intelligence Center Sphere Specialist
Preston is a newer member of the Smart Systems Technology team. In the 7 months Preston has worked with the team, he has excelled as an IC Specialist in many of our client’s projects.
Education: High School Diploma | Preston plans to continue his college career to obtain a degree in Psychology.
What do you like the most about working at SST?
I love the ability to learn new avenues of communication and how technology can be used for the greater good. The opportunity to use methods to assist humanity to be better.
What do your usual duties at work involve?
The job I have is to drive impressions and results to the clients we work with. Basically, engaging in different designs to help their business evolve and become more efficient.
How has SST affected your professional life?
The skills I have obtained from critical thinking to rational thinking have enhanced my confidence and created an authority in me that I know will forever embedded in my work career.
How has SST affected your personal life?
My role as a Specialist has helped me navigate through difficult roadways in my life. I am able to adjust accordingly to a challenge simply by changing my thought process to solve normal-day problems that I might stumble across.
What are your goals for your role at SST?
To fulfill the tasks that SST asks of me. I want to apply 100% every second I work for this company. They gave me a chance to be a part of a model that’s extraordinary for humanity. The grand aspect of SST is their faith in how human intelligence is enough to keep the train rolling within this economy.
My goal is to be the best teammate and to stay within the lane of the duties I’ve been assigned.
Patrick Terrell

Patrick is a newer member of the Smart Systems Technology team. For almost two months, Patrick has excelled in his role as an IC Specialist and quickly learned how to be a great teammate.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship.

The genuine love and willingness to help between everyone.

Making outbound calls to the companies within the Smart System for our clients’ projects.
