Jessica’s path is as thoughtful as her work. Originally from a small town outside Buffalo, NY, she earned a Bachelor’s in History with a minor in English from the University at Buffalo, later pursuing graduate studies in American History at Buffalo State while working at American Express. Her academic and professional experiences shaped a strong understanding of systems, stories, and the people at the center of both.

At SST, Jessica has worn many hats—from project manager to process designer, campaign strategist to team mentor. She’s now an expert in demand generation, delivery coordination, and systems development—turning smart technology into real-world results for clients.

Jessica is passionate about creating roles that value human contribution in an automated world. She champions our “Special Specialists,” ensuring they have meaningful work and room to grow. Off the clock, she’s married to her best friend, a proud mom, a lifelong learner, and someone who enjoys everything from permaculture to heavy metal.
